The Companies House records the name and company number of UK corporate entities that are incorporated, continued, amalgamated or licensed to do business in the United Kingdom. The public record is comprised of companies, which conduct business for profit as well as not-for-profit organizations such as charities.

We review your choice of company name etc., and Companies House make a number of checks (to verify the registered address details etc.,) and your company is incorporated as soon as this process is complete. It can take three hours, it may take twenty-three hours, it all depends on how busy Companies House staff and systems are. We send your package to you by first class recorded delivery, as part of the service. We also offer Nominee Secretary and Registered Office facilities in addition to company incorporation UK.
